Brew & Review: Key Takeaways From Coffee with the ED

Holiday Decorations

We enjoy seeing community spirit and festive décor throughout the neighborhood. As a reminder, holiday decorations are permitted only on private property.

Neighborhood monuments and other common areas are maintained by the association and may not be decorated. Any holiday décor placed in a common area or on a monument must be removed by noon on Friday.

Items remaining after that time will be removed as part of routine maintenance of the common areas. Thank you for helping keep our shared spaces attractive for everyone.

Operation Hours

To support efficient operations and consistent service across the community, the following updates have taken effect on Feb. 1. Independence Hall will now be open daily until 9 p.m. The front desk will close at 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 4 p.m. on Saturday. (No change to Sunday hours.)

Recycling in the Community
Our community is proud to support a resident-led recycling initiative located at the pickleball courts. This thoughtful effort helps reduce waste while keeping our amenities clean, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.  To learn which items are accepted, please refer to the recycling chart provided.
Super Bowl Sunday

The Super Bowl will be shown on the televisions at Independence Hall on Sunday for residents who would like to watch the game together.

Engagement staff will not be onsite, and the building will close at its regularly scheduled time of 9 p.m. The porter team will conduct nightly cleaning afterward, so residents are asked to plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy the game.
