Gate Sentry & Guest Policy Guide

We use Gate Sentry for your safety to monitor visitor access to the community. All KT residents must have Gate Sentry in order to add guests or vendor access to the property.  There are a few steps you can take to make sure you receive notifications.

Web portal

In the Gate Sentry web portal, you can add additional hosts in your household and indicate whether they should receive notifications. You can check to confirm that your host notification status is “yes.”

Mobile app

The other way to make sure you receive notifications is to download the mobile app, which will deliver mobile notifications through your phone, as well as an email.

Selling Your Home

If you are selling your home, you will need to give access to the realtor by logging in to your account and add the following to your vendors section. (Please list “Home for Sale” “Realtor” and ” Open House Guest” in the field for the company name.)

Contractors

If you have contractors working at your home, they may enter through the front gate if they’re listed as a vendor in your account.

Guests

The staff at the front desk are able to help by adding a guest to your account if needed. The guards do not have the ability to add a guest for you nor can they admit guests to the community who are not added to your account. If you witness unaccompanied guests using our amenities, please call security at 512-757-8620 to inform.

For any questions or concerns, check out the Gate Sentry Guide Tutorials or visit the front desk.
