Beginning December 1, 2025, David Weekley Homes will join the Kissing Tree community and Brookfield Residential to build upon the community’s successful foundation and bring additional choices and options to prospective home buyers.

Brookfield's decision to partner with David Weekley Homes is grounded in the two brands' shared values and backgrounds. David Weekley Homes is a nationally renowned active adult home builder with strong Texas roots that provide synergy with Brookfield's brand and the Kissing Tree community.
Will the addition of a second builder bring more people to the community?
No. The addition of David Weekley Homes will not increase the total number of homes or potential residents within the Kissing Tree community. This partnership is intended to offer a broader range of home types but will not affect the overall community home count.
Will the new builder match the quality and design of existing homes?
Yes. All builders within the community are held to the same established architectural guidelines and quality standards. Homes from all builders will complement each other, adhering to a cohesive design and ensuring a pleasing aesthetic across the community.
Will this affect the value of my property?
The intention behind expanded home offerings is to create an increase in overall community desirability, positively impacting long-term property value for current and future residents.
Will this impact homeowner dues or fees?
HOA dues are not expected to change as a result of adding another builder partner. Any changes in financial decisions will be communicated to community members transparently and in advance.
How will the community be kept informed of updates?
Regular updates will be shared via newsletters, community meetings, and the official website to ensure transparency and engagement.
How much will a second builder impact day-to-day operations at Kissing Tree?
Day-to-day operations will remain largely untouched. Current amenities available to Kissing Tree residents will remain the same, with the exception of the current sales center, which will become programmable space for additional community and resident amenities in 2026.
