Beginning December 1, 2025, David Weekley Homes will join the Kissing Tree community and Brookfield Residential to build upon the community’s successful foundation and bring additional choices and options to prospective home buyers.

No. The addition of David Weekley Homes will not increase the total number of homes or potential residents within the Kissing Tree community. This partnership is intended to offer a broader range of home types but will not affect the overall community home count.

Yes. All builders within the community are held to the same established architectural guidelines and quality standards. Homes from all builders will complement each other, adhering to a cohesive design and ensuring a pleasing aesthetic across the community.

The intention behind expanded home offerings is to create an increase in overall community desirability, positively impacting long-term property value for current and future residents.

HOA dues are not expected to change as a result of adding another builder partner. Any changes in financial decisions will be communicated to community members transparently and in advance.
