A few weeks ago, residents had the opportunity to respond to a community survey about Kissing Tree’s hours of operation. Its goal was to get a clearer picture of how and when residents use the amenities so we can staff according to needs and effectively manage the budget.
We received an astounding 384 responses, and across the five questions we asked, an average of 78% of respondents agreed with the proposed changes. As a result of this survey, Kissing Tree’s new hours of operation have been approved by the board of directors and go into effect Sunday, Nov. 6.
New hours of operation
You can view the hours of operation for amenities by going to the resident website, navigating to Life at Kissing Tree > Amenities and clicking on the amenity of your choice. There, you will always find updated hours of operation. During this current change, pay close attention to the following hours:
- Independence Hall
- Fitness & Swim Center, including the children’s pool hours
- Food and Beverage, including The Bar and Sam’s Café
We encourage you to explore these pages as there have been some changes to front desk ambassador, fitness, and children’s pool hours. Check out the individual amenities pages to note the changes, and then read the FAQ below.

As for what is considered a recognized holiday, we will announce the schedule prior to the holiday.
Children’s pool hours are for anyone aged 18 and younger. To use the fitness center equipment, you must be at least 16 years of age and accompanied by an adult. For any other questions about fitness center rules, read the policy.
