Kissing Tree is home to many four-legged friends and their families who care for them. We all know that being a parent to a pet also comes with responsibilities. Please remember the ordinances and etiquette that will keep residents of all species healthy and happy.
Clean up after your pet
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in a proper receptacle. Bring several bags on your walk just in case. Abiding by this rule keeps our community beautiful.
Leash your dogs
This rule applies to residents as well as visitors with pets. Not everyone is comfortable around dogs. An unleashed dog can be a safety hazard. Even if your pet is friendly, they could run up on an unfriendly dog that is leashed precisely for that reason.
Keep off private lawns
Few things are quite as frustrating as catching someone’s dog doing their business on the lawn you painstakingly care for. Please respect other people’s hard work and private property by ensuring your dog stays off residential lawns.
Keep off golf cart paths
For the safety of you and your four-legged friend, please do not walk pets on the golf cart paths. In general, the golf cart paths are to be used by golfers only and not for other types of recreation.
We hope your pets enjoy being active and integrated members of the Kissing Tree community. Let’s pledge to be responsible pet owners and continue to create harmony amongst pets and the people around us. After all, it is a beautiful place for humans, fluffers, and squish faces.
