At your request, we’ve uploaded an updated organizational chart with clickable links to each team member’s job description. You may view it on the Contact Us tab of the resident website.
Drainage Repairs This Week
You may have noticed water pooling beneath the bridge between the indoor pool and Independence Hall. This has been caused by a groundwater leak that also impacts the putting green. We’ve engaged a vendor to make the necessary drainage repairs today, Jun. 19. Thank you for hanging in there as we work through this one.
Respecting Shared Spaces
A quick reminder from our Community Rules – Sec. F: Grounds Use & Maintenance: Landscaped beds, parks, and open spaces are maintained by the Association and considered common property. Please help us care for these areas by avoiding unauthorized plantings, decor, or changes.
Feeding wildlife is also prohibited in these shared spaces. Wildlife includes squirrels, birds, deer, foxes, and any undomesticated animals. Feeding them can disrupt their natural habits, attract pests, and create safety issues for both animals and residents.
For Sale/ Lease Signage
If you’re selling or leasing your home, one professional sign is allowed per unit, but it must follow the following guidelines:
- No more than 5 sq. ft. per side, mounted on a single post.
- Maximum height of 4ft from ground level.
- Must be placed in the plant bed nearest your home, not in turf areas if you are in a Cottage or Villa.
- Must be removed within 2 business days of sale or lease.
We’re also working on KT-branded “For Sale” and “For Lease” signs for those not using a professional realtor — more on this soon.
Century Plant Care
Good news on the century plant concerns! If a century plant completes its full bloom cycle, it will naturally die. However, by trimming the bloom before it fully matures. there’s a chance the plant can survive and potentially bloom again in the future. Our landscaper is actively monitoring and trimming where appropriate.
Biergarten Tables Getting Some Love
The metal and wood tables in the Biergarten will soon be refinished to bring back their original charm and extend their usable life. Cheers to preserving the places we gather!
