Fitness Findings

  • Cardio equipment is used mostly between the hours of 8 – 11 a.m.
  • More than half of the participants found the most important factor to attend a fitness class is the class type/style.

Indoor and outdoor pool areas are used for a variety of activities, community gatherings, fitness classes, and celebratory events.

These are a few items your Kissing Tree Community life team and Board of Directors will consider implementing in the coming year:

  • Launch SMS messaging as an additional opt. in communication platform for construction and emergency announcements.
  • Prioritizing optimized fitness scheduling and expanding access to morning, evening, and outdoor workout sessions.
  • Implementation of revised cleaning procedures at the fitness center.
