A Quick Reminder

Every situation is different — please use your best judgment. Consistent reporting — whether to security, the association, or law enforcement — helps us identify patterns, respond appropriately, and partner effectively with local authorities. We appreciate everyone’s support in helping keep Kissing Tree a safe and respectful community for all.

Pickleball Courts = Resident Amenity

Our pickleball courts area resident amenity, which means:

  • Guests are welcome only when accompanied by a resident.
  • All guests must be added to your Gate Sentry list prior to arrival.
  • Guests should be prepared to confirm their host when entering the community.

The only exception to this is during scheduled tournaments or organized events, where outside players are pre-registered and approved.

KT Golf Club Access

The KT Golf Club is open to the public, and guests visiting the golf course are permitted access to that amenity only.

  • Entry should be through the designated access point to the Mix parking lot. (barrier arm)
  • Community gates should not be opened for golf club guests.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and attention to these details — it truly helps keep Kissing Tree running at its best.
