About the operation
Registration has started on the Mindbody App! The cost is $475 per participant with the start date of Feb. 24.
- Mon | 8 – 9 a.m.
- Wed | 3 – 4 p.m.
- Fri | 2 – 3 p.m.
Personalized nutrional consultations and measurement sessions will occur prior to challenge start. Additional workouts and personalized nutritional guidance will be provided throughout the 10 weeks!
Monday Strength and Skill Workshop: Master the fundamentals and learn to move properly to build strength safely. Plus a workout to reinforce what you’ve learned!
Wednesday Action & Application training session focuses what you learned on Monday.
Full-Body Friday: 30 minute metabolic full-body workout and a 30 minute seminar covering key fitness, nutrition, and wellness topics.
