Villas homeowners have the opportunity to elect a neighbor to serve on the KTVC sub-association board. This role is designed to foster collaboration between residents, the developer board members, and the Community Life team.
About the position
The Villas resident representative will:
- Serve as the voice of your neighbors, ensuring that the concerns and ideas of the Villas community are heard.
- Collaborate with the developer board members and Community Life team to strengthen communication.
- Learn about community operations and share that knowledge with fellow residents.
- Participate in town hall meetings and represent Villas residents in community forums.
The representative will play a vital role in helping to ensure resident perspectives are included in key conversations.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should:
- Understand what makes a good board member, including professionalism, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Embrace the CAI Civility Pledge, committing to respectful dialogue, constructive problem-solving, and fostering an inclusive community atmosphere.
- Have a passion for representing the Villas community with integrity and enthusiasm.

Voting period: Jan. 20 - Feb. 11
Email your Ballot: All villas residents will receive a ballot via email, along with detailed instructions. Simply complete the ballot and email it to ktmc@coherelife.com during the voting period by Feb. 11 at 5 p.m.
Drop Off your Ballot: Prefer a traditional method? Print your completed ballot and drop it off at Independence Hall, where a secure, locked ballot box will be available.

Important notes:
- One vote per unit. Only homeowners are permitted to vote.
- If a proxy is needed, homeowners can assign their vote to a renter by completing the Proxy Ballot.
- Assessment accounts must be in good standing to participate in the election.
