Meet Zona Trahan
Zona Trahan has been a proud resident of the Villas since 2022 and brings a passion for community engagement and a commitment to enhancing the Villas experience for all homeowners. With a background in engineering, geosciences, and consulting, Zona is ready to be a voice for the residents and ensure that homeowner perspectives are heard at the board level.
When asked about the biggest challenge facing the Villas, Zona highlighted landscaping and financial position as a top priority. With a collaborative approach, they aim to work closely with the board and residents to find solutions that reflect the needs and values of our Villa community.
What's Next
Zona will serve a one-year term and will soon begin board training to gain a deeper understanding of HOA governance and responsibilities. As an ambassador for the Villas, they will be a resource for homeowners— listening to concerns, advocating for resident’s interests, and helping foster a strong sense of community.
Please join us in congratulating Zona Trahan on this important role! We look forward to their leadership and to the continued engagement of all Villas residents in shaping our community’s future.
